Amazon's Prime Day is in full swing, offering deals for countless video games, accessories, 4K Blu-rays, toys, tech, and more until June 26. This includes a solid list of Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 games from Nintendo and third-party publishers, many of which are as much as 60% off. For example, if you've been waiting to pick up Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, the Switch 2 edition is down to $45 (was $70). Other recent first-party Switch 2 games are also on sale, including Pokemon Legends: Z-A for $45 (was $70), Kirby Air Riders for $50 (was $70), and Mario Tennis Fever for $50 (was $70), to name a few.

Amazon's sale is also a good opportunity to save on the Switch 2 Edition of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, which is down to $60 (was $70). And while they're not technically part of the Prime Day deals, it's also worth noting that you can save a few dollars on physical preorders of upcoming Switch 2 games like Star Fox and Splatoon Raiders. Both are discounted to $50, which matches the prices of each game's digital version and saves you $10 compared to their $60 launch prices.

While the first-party discounts are among the best offers--in part because Nintendo-published games rarely see major discounts like these--you can also save on third-party Switch 2 games like Resident Evil Requiem, which is on sale for $56 (was $70). Note that, like most third-party games in the sale, Resident Evil Requiem is a Game Key-Card on Switch 2, which means none of the game data is included on the Key-Card and you'll need an internet connection and at least 30GB of space to install the game.

For you RPG fans, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade (Game Key-Card; requires 90GB) is down to $30 (was $40). Its sequel, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, released on Switch 2 earlier this month and Final Fantasy VII Revelation was recently confirmed to launch on all platforms Sping 2027, this is a good time to pick up the first of the trilogy on Switch 2. For a more traditional console-style RPG adventure, there's Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake (Game Key-Card; requires 17GB) which is discounted to $40 (was $60). The game includes ground-up remakes of both classic NES RPGs with enhanced visuals, modern quality-of-life additions, and tons of new story content.

Even some other recent first-party titles are included with discounts definitely worth checking out, considering that first-party Nintendo games don't often go on sale. You can pick up Kirby Air Riders for $50 (was $70), a great follow-up to the GameCube classic. Also on sale is Mario Tennis Fever for $ 50 (was $70), the latest in the long line of Mario sports games.

For you RPG fans, there are a handful of some of the best in recent years. Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is down to $30 (was $40) and needs 90GB of space. With Final Fantasy VII Rebirth release on Switch 2 earlier this month and Final Fantasy VII Revelation on the horizon, this is a good time to pick up the first of the trilogy if the Switch 2 is your only way to check it out. I'd also recommend checking out Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake for $40 (was $60), the final two games in then Erdrick trilogy. They're faithful recreations with Square's signature retro art style and modern quality-of-life additions that have helped make these games not feel too aged. You'll need 17GB of space to download this onto your console.

If you don't have a Nintendo Switch 2 quite yet, there are a few Switch games on sale as well--though none are true physical releases. Some of the only "physical" Switch 1 releases on sale are the Amazon-exclusive Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle and Sparks of Hope Double Pack for $10 (was $29) and Just Dance 2026 Limited Edition for $20 (was $50), both of which are Code-in-Box releases, so no game card is included in the case. Assuming you don't mind the lack of physical media in the box, both are worth considering thanks to how many content they include--the Mario + Rabbids Double Pack includes both full-length games in the series, while the Just Dance 2026 Limited Edition includes the game plus 40 bonus songs and extra in-game cosmetic items.

The rest of Amazon's Switch games deals are digital editions, including several notable Nintendo-published releases like The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom for $39.88 (was $60), The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom for 59.88 (was $80), Mario vs. Donkey Kong for $29.83 (was $50), and Donkey Kong Country Returns HD for $39.88 (was $60).
