How To Get The New Morphed Deviations In Once Human: Isles of Abyss

Once Human is steering toward the launch of Isles of Abyss, and with the expansion comes new Morphed Deviations to find and add to your collection. Deviations continue to work the same as usual, acting as entities that provide a myriad of benefits in combat, crafting, and exploration. Morphed Deviations are unique variants that are only available as part of seasonal events or when big updates take place.

Isles of Abyss introduces multiple new Morphed Deviations, as well as a new Deviation altogether. The latter features an ability suits one of the prominent mechanics in the expansion, related to weather conditions that greatly affect the environment of the islands.

If you're wondering whether your fave Deviation has a new variant or how to accrue the new one for your collection, below we dive into the steps to get the new Morphed Deviations in Once Human: Isles of Abyss.

How to Get Duet, Once Human's Latest Deviation

In recent times, developer Starry Studio has steadily increased the number of Morphed Deviations available in Once Human. Duet, however, is an entirely new Deviation.

In order to get your hands on Duet, you'll need to brawl against The Sunken Lord, which is Isles of Abyss' signature boss fight. This encounter is only available during the second phase of the scenario where Isles of Abyss takes place.

For reference, the first phase is around five to ten days long. The duration decreases depending on the server's purification progress. Then, the second phase lasts around 11 days. As said purification advances, the endgame challenge, which features The Sunken Lord, will become available.

Getting your hands on Duet isn't guaranteed, as you're only fighting for a drop chance rather than it being secured loot. Yet, it's definitely worth the attempt. Duet is able to modify weather effects within a territory in real-time. Meaning that both players within the territory and placed facilities will be affected by Duet's abilities.
