If you're in the market for a hit of nostalgia, Mattel and Atari have you covered with the new Barbie Rewind Deluxe Edition for Nintendo Switch--which is available to preorder for $60 ahead of its November 12 release. It's packed with 16 retro Barbie video games released between 1991 and 2007 (including a never-before-released title from 1994), and the Deluxe Edition also features an exclusive Barbie Rewind doll--one of only 20,000 in existence.
The Barbie Rewind Deluxe Edition doll comes in her own numbered collector's edition box, and she's sporting blue jeans, an Atari t-shirt, and a streak of pink in her hair. In addition to the doll and a physical copy of the Nintendo Switch version of the game, the Barbie Rewind Deluxe Edition also includes a wall poster.
If you're only looking to get your hands on a physical copy of the game, the Barbie Rewind Standard Edition is also available for preorder for half the price, $30, for both Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5. Digital versions will be available for purchase on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC when the game launches on November 12.

Some of Barbie's most beloved gaming adventures are included in the Barbie Rewind Deluxe Edition, which is only available for Switch consoles. But the Deluxe Edition's biggest draw is the exclusive "Barbie Rewind doll." Mattel's iconic Barbie comes in her own collector's edition box, sporting a streak of pink hair, casual jeans, and a black t-shirt featuring a pink Atari logo. She also comes with a decorative Barbie Rewind wall poster.

Available for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5, the Barbie Rewind Standard Edition does not include a physical doll, but it does include 16 Barbie games, from 1991's Barbie to 2006's The Barbie Diaries: High School Mystery.
Atari hasn't yet revealed all the titles included in Barbie Rewind, but we do know that there are a total of 16 of them, and based on the trailer, players have identified 11 of the 16 old-school Barbie games featured in the collection. So far, the games we know are featured in Barbie Rewind include:

- Barbie: Game Girl (1992)
- Barbie: Super Model (1993)
- Barbie: Vacation Adventure (1994)
- Barbie: Race & Ride (1999)
- Barbie Super Sports (1999)
- Barbie Pet Rescue (2001)
- Barbie: Groovy Games (2002)
- Secret Agent Barbie: Royal Jewels Mission (2002)
- Barbie Horse Adventures Blue Ribbon Race (2003)
- The Barbie Diaries: High School Mystery (2006)
Of particular note is Barbie: Vacation Adventure, which was originally planned to debut on Sega Genesis and Super NES in 1994 but never saw the light of day--until now. Barbie Rewind isn't just a retro game collection, however--it's a game-within-a-game, too. As players progress through various retro Barbie titles, they'll occasionally be contacted by Barbie herself to complete special quests. Doing so unlocks items that can be used to decorate Barbie's in-game Dreamhouse. Barbie Rewind features over 250 unlockable decor items, all based on real-life Barbie playsets of the past.
No word yet on whether any Detective Barbie titles (arguably one the best Barbie games ever made) will be included in Barbie Rewind, but with five of the collection's 16 games still yet to be revealed, there's a chance players may get the opportunity to solve low-stakes crimes in high-fashion style.
